YOUTH CREW LOGIN

Over 9 000 Australians have been on board a Young Endeavour voyage since she first set sail in Australia in 1988 - that's a lot of young, (and maybe now not so young…) people who have shared the often life changing experience of a voyage in our magnificent ship. The former youth crew section of our website is an easy way for you to keep in touch, to find out what's happening, to let us know what you are up to and to stay connected to the Scheme.

YOUTH CREW AMBASSADORS

The Young Endeavour Ambassador Program aims to provide former youth crew an opportunity to remain part of the Young Endeavour family by helping generate interest in the Young Endeavour Youth Scheme throughout their local community. Ambassadors are available in most parts of Australia to come and speak to your group about their experiences on board the ship. To organise an Ambassador presentation please contact us on 1800 020 444 or email amy.osborne@defence.gov.au

YOUNG ENDEAVOUR DVD

We have just cut a 20-minute DVD about the Young Endeavour experience filmed on v7/06 from Sydney - Sydney and all youth crew will receive a copy of this at the end of their voyage. You can also download your own copy at www.youngendeavour.gov.au in the next couple of weeks.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - OPEN DAYS

We are calling for former youth crew to assist us at a number of upcoming Young Endeavour Open Days in the southern states. Dates and locations are to be confirmed, but if you can help out in Sydney (2 September), Burnie (23 Sept) or Hobart (8 October) please contact Amy Osborne on 1800 020 444 or email amy.osborne@defence.gov.au.

TRADITION CONTINUES IN THE FAMILY

Recently sent to us is this great pic of the three Carmichael siblings of Canberra who have all sailed on the Young Endeavour. Stan (left) Ellie and Lewis may set some sort of record….
